The Most Important Relationship of Your Life

Course

A course about building and/or deepening your relationship to yourself.

Would you work on building and/or deepening your relationship to yourself with an emphasis on relationship repair rather than fixing?

Some signs that your relationship to yourself may need tending to:

  • Disconnection from Self: Experiencing a disconnection from your inner knowing, your body, and your emotions.
  • Repeated Self-Sacrifice: Accommodating and pleasing others while consistently ignoring your own boundaries and needs.
  • Outsourcing Your Feelings of Worth: Feeling that your worth is conditional rather than inherent.
  • Wearing a mask: Appearing to be functioning well on the outside while feeling deeply disconnected or struggling internally.
  • Productivity as Protection: Using constant busyness and external achievements to avoid the discomfort of being with yourself.
  • Restricting your voice: Keeping the peace at all costs because you feel that who you are is "too much" or "troublesome."
  • Conditional Self Acceptance: A relentless drive to "fix" or "improve" yourself because the version of you that exists right now doesn't feel safe to love.

Have Questions?

How do I know if this course is a good fit for me? This course is a good fit for you if you are looking to build or deepen your relationship to yourself and move at a slow and intentional pace.

Is this course a substitute for therapy? This course is not a substitute for mental health therapy. Although it was created by two mental health therapists, it is recommended as a supplemental tool to utilize alongside the work you are doing therapy.

How long will it take me to finish the course? This course was designed to be self-paced. We have built in pacing prompts to support you to move at an intentional speed. The course was designed to work through from beginning to end with each section building upon the last. However once you have completed the course through the first time you are encouraged to move around and come back to it in any way that feels good for you.

Is the course available in other languages? The course is currently available in English, however we will be releasing a Spanish version later this year.

Is there a Course community? Yes! Anyone who purchases the course will have access to our online Facebook community where they can engage with other course members and the course creators, Stephanie and Paola. The course originated from a therapy group thus we wanted to keep the spirit of community alive!
